Individual Therapy

At RelateWell Health, individual therapy is a space for adolescents to feel seen, supported, and understood — while also building the tools they need to manage life’s challenges. I combine a warm, relational approach with evidence-based strategies to help young people unpack emotional experiences, develop coping skills, and strengthen their sense of self. While sessions are one-on-one, I encourage parents and carers to be part of the process through regular check-ins. Involving families helps shift the sense of burden away from the young person and creates a stronger support system around them. It reflects a core belief in my work: that sustainable change is most effective when it includes the people who matter most.I also support children (8+) and offer parent-only sessions for younger children. My work includes a growing focus on maternal mental health, helping mothers navigate the emotional challenges of early parenting. For clients who feel unsure about traditional therapy settings, I offer walk-and-talk sessions — using movement and the outdoors to reduce pressure, ease conversation, and create a more engaging, experiential space for meaningful reflection and insight.

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a space to improve communication, repair disconnection, and work through challenges together. I support families facing issues such as parent-teen conflict, emotional distance, and life transitions that impact family dynamics.Drawing on attachment-based and strengths-focused frameworks, I help families move from reactivity and misunderstanding toward connection, clarity, and shared direction. Parents often leave sessions feeling more confident, better equipped, and more emotionally in tune with their child.Whether working with the whole family or just with parents, the goal is lasting change — stronger relationships, clearer communication, and a more harmonious home environment. In this work, I aim to be a calm, respectful guide — someone who brings structure, curiosity, and care. I deeply value the insight parents bring and see therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we explore ways to strengthen connection, support emotional wellbeing, and move forward as a team.

Supervision for Professionals

I offer reflective, practical supervision for social workers and allied professionals supporting children, young people, and families — whether you're working in mental health, child protection, youth services, or community-based roles.A key focus of my supervision is guiding social workers through the AASW Mental Health Accreditation process. Having navigated this complex and often unclear pathway myself, I’m committed to helping others avoid the stress, missteps, and delays I experienced. My goal is to provide targeted, supportive supervision that not only meets AASW requirements but strengthens your clinical confidence and clarity. My background in child protection laid a strong foundation in child development, family dynamics, and complex casework — all of which continue to inform my practice. I offer supervision not only to mental health clinicians, but also to youth workers, case managers, and social workers in non-clinical roles who are seeking reflective, child-informed support in their work.Supervision with me is relational, grounded, and strengths-based — a space to reflect, grow, and feel supported in the important work you do.

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel big — and sometimes it helps to see who’s holding the space, so here's a glimpse of me.
